Mathematics is an essential and fascinating branch of human knowledge. It has important uses in many areas of modern life, including science, industry, and business.
La matemática es una rama esencial y fascinante del conocimiento humano. Tiene usos importantes en muchas áreas de la vida moderna, incluyendo la ciencia, la industria y los negocios.



Mathematics can be defined simply as the study of quantities and relations. It uses numbers and symbols to do this. This definition, however, does not explain that mathematics can be divided into many different branches. There are at least eight areas of math generally studied by elementary, secondary, and college students: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, analytic geometry, calculus, probability and statistics.
Las matemáticas pueden definirse simplemente como el estudio de las cantidades y las relaciones. Utiliza números y símbolos para hacer esto. Normas del Buen Hablante y del Buen Oyente

Normas del Buen Hablante:
  • Pronunciar claramente las palabras para que llegue la información correcta
  • Mirar a la audiencia o a la persona especifica cuando se habla
  • Respetar las opiniones de los demás
  • Ser amable y cordial al momento de hablar
  • Hablar con un tono de voz adecuado
  • Ser coherente en el momento en el discurso
Normas del Buen Oyente:

  • Escuchar con atención al expositor (Hablante)
  • No interrumpir cuando el hablante este dando a conocer sus ideas
  • Ver a la persona que habla
  • Respetar la opinión de quien habla
  • Levantar la mano si se quiere aportar alguna idea 
  • No salirse del contexto del tema hablado cuando se interviene
